WHAT WE DO

CONCEPT

First preliminary talk

Your expectations and previous knowledge will be noted in one-to-one discussions with the trainer. We determine your individual needs to be able to create teaching materials effectively and purposefully. The participants receive introductory documentation with personal learning strategies and learning aids.

First course  feedback

At the beginning we discuss the lesson's structure and content together.  After the first phase of the course, the participants have the opportunity to assess the trainer and the quality of the teaching. This is used to make any necessary fine tuning.

Conclusion and overall evaluation

Overall evaluation of the course: The participants receive individual feedback. This contains further suggestions for future learning. We can issue certificates according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) if required.

HOW IT WORKS

goal definition

Before each training session, the lesson goals are set and regularly reviewed. This allows progress to be monitored and improvements to be implemented in a targeted manner. On request, we carry out regular learning checks.

interviewing

At the beginning of each lesson, the participants talk in small groups about their current projects  and upcoming everyday topics. The trainer follows the conversations attentively in the background and tells each participant what to dofinally a short, individual onefeedback. An additional advantage is that this also promotes internal exchange between colleagues.

feedback

After each training session, participants receive written feedback via email. This feedback contains unknew words and expressions that came up in the conversation, as well as typical mistakes in the use of language, in the Auslanguage and grammar. These are then picked up again by the trainer in the following hour.
